Backup cam zoom not working

I just bought a new 2021 Expedition. The backup camera works fine EXCEPT the zoom. I tap the + plus and hear the beep but the + plus sign remains and it does not zoom. Any suggestions? I haven't tried a reset yet. Thanks.
