- Jun 2021 - Purchased Ford Expi EL XLT at 200k+
- Jul 2021 - P0302 - engine misfire on cylinder 2, Piston was broken by loose valve spring; Fixed the issue by engine replacement with the engine of 2014 Lincoln Navigator (except driver-side head as this head was broken during the crash impact on that 2014 Lincoln Navigator).
- Oct 2021 - loose coolant hose from radiator leaked all the coolant; re-positioning the hose (with a strong, obvious click) fixed the issue
- Nov 2021 - leak from the Tee coolant connector, which was melting plastic and melted plastic was being collected in the coolant reservoir, making it black; fixed by replacing the plastic tee connector with brass 3/4" tee connector from Lowe's
- Nov 2021 - P0304 - engine misfire on cylinder 4, replacing the spark plug and coil from the older engine fixed the issue
- Feb-Apr 2022 - P2629 - O2 Sensor Positive Current Trim Circuit/Open Bank 2 Sensor 1
- May 2022 - P2629 continues: used CRC 05103 QD electronic cleaner to clean contacts at both PCM and at sensor (after unplugging battery) - fingers crossed that this will fix the issue!
