Are you sure it's the window creaking, and not the door itself against the weatherseal? The latter is the problem I have. (And both of my friends with the same truck also have.) Easy to check - wipe down the weatherstripping with some sort of silicone. If you have the same issue I do, the noise...- rainmn

'04 - Squeaks & Rattles - Long
Update on the rattletrap..it just went to the dealer today. Passenger airbag squeaks - supposedly missing clips from the factory. Driver's door squeak / rattle - supposedly adjusted, advised by Ford of a different type of gunk to put on it. Great solution...now I have slimy weatherstripping...- rainmn

Just traded an 03 for an 05...
I don't trust them either, but I look at it kind of as a lesser of two evils situation. With my family, a full-sized SUV is perfect for us.
