The ABS sensor is located on top of the rear differential. One bolt holds it in. The part is less than $20, and it takes about 15 minutes to change it out. If you have a 4x4, then you also have 1 sensor on each front wheel hub.
You may also want to look into MagnaFlow. I have the stainless si/do. It is throaty when I have the overdrive off and going about 50-60 mph, but as soon as I turn it back on, it gets very quiet.

I did the same with my Expy. It's a 97, but I have the front valence with 02/03 headlights and corners, wheels, 03 emblems, and 03 interior seats and consoles. Gets a lot of compliments.
You could always do what monsta said. I had the bench seat for the second row and ended up putting Harley captains chairs with the Harley center console.
