Same thing happened to mine, sometimes no lights at all. no relay clicking. I bought a new transfer case shift motor (~$140) and works flawlessly now As usual check all fuses under the hood and under the dash before tearing anything apart Then crawl under with a volt meter and see if the...- redxpy

4x4 activated in a drive through car wash
Check the wiring for the transfer case shift motor it’s pretty exposed. Maybe some of the weather seal rotted away and shorted it?- redxpy
