Rattle/vibrate/drivers side dash
My 2005 XLT may not be the same generation as yours but has a similar sound coming from the passenger side dash. Turned out to be the plastic fairing between the windshield and the hood on the outside even though the sound definitely sounded like it was inside the dash. It takes a little...- revolv38
