Glass lift gate unlatches sporadically
My glass lift gate has started unlatching when I get out of the car as I walk away. Which means the lights remain on.. Since there is not a remote button for this, I have no idea what can be causing this. Any ideas?- RichCam

Sync 3 forgets new phone
Just got a new phone and was able to pair it no problem, but every time I turn off the truck, Sync forgets the phone and asks me to add a phone. I have restarted the phone, done a soft sync reset and still no luck. Running the latest sync software. Any ideas?- RichCam

Transmission reset
I was having some trouble with rough shifting on my new to me 2020 with 70k miles. My mechanic cleared all the tables and basically reset the transmission. Shifts great now.- RichCam

2020 - Transmission Adaptive tables clearing
Hi, your mechanic can do it.. Mine just did it and made a HUGE difference in how it shifts.
