My friend recently acquired this 2016 XLT and also having a similar issue, intermittently. It's in the shop for the installation of tires from 4Wheelonline plus the alignment. We'll try if that would work.- rutger

It would be cool if you share if that kit could work without any issues. My friend will work on this 2016 Navigator project and he's looking to do the struts conversion, too! How miles did you get out of your suspension?
My friend is looking to get Rancho shocks or stay OEM on his new 2011 EL. It is closing to 100k miles so he wants to keep it in great shape. It's in the shop for the installation of the new brake pads and tires from 4Wheelonline and suspension job will be next.- rutger
