Anybody now where it is?...I have no 4wd, replaced the motor no dice. It's not getting power, lights on the dash work when I shift...but motor is not moving. I can take the motor off turn the shaft into 4wd and it works fine. It's not the T Case...over 10lbs of vaccum at the IWE in 2wd and it's...
"Cut a bunch of stuff" anything important that would have to be removed? I like the 35s but I dont like be out in the middle of nowhere without a full size spare.
Just did mine a couple weeks ago...took about 10 hrs, had to remove DVD player and all seat belts..there is a re initialization process for the sunroof motor once reinstalled. Parts were only 120 bucks..Sucks but way better than 2500 quoted by the stealership. Good Luck!
Looking for suggestions...relaced seals and axels about three months ago and passenger side seal is leaking again...Any tips or tricks to get to stay? FWIW Cvs were fine no tears or leaks in the boots at 175k, replaced them anyways.

Electrical issues fixed...ran a visor screw they the wire...patched and working fine...still looking for info on reprogramming roof or pinout for switch so I can test.
Dropped the headliner again and manually test roof works fine.got to close perfect so it doesnt leak or whistle going down the road...I think I have an electrical issue as my maps lights wont come on with door open and visor lights dont work..yes they are pluggin... too visors off and doubled...

This!!! Had them almost 2 years no issues...300 for a set of good LEDs is a great deal...price some jw speakers or similar quality LEDs not Chinese junk. For the price, quality, and simple installation the DD LEDs are the way to go. FWIW I went brighter than OEM as live in area heavily populated...
Got a lock actuator that crapped the bed. I imagine it is pretty straight forward replacement but I wanted to check in to see if there were any tips or tricks from folks that have done it...this crowd is never shy with suggestions

Been running 35x11.50s on the RL 3/2 on the factory 20s for a little over a year know...didnt have to trim anything....its been on the beach, in the mountains, and to my sloppy duck honey hole no issues...FWIW on my expy 4wd with trac control off engages front e locker..YMMV
If its 4x4 make sure you are getting good vacuum to the 4wd actuators...The IWE has to vacuum to keep hubs in 2WD...I had a crunching sound in the last 10 or so feet when braking...turns out actuator diaphragm had just a big enough hole I was losing vacuum at low RPMs, when stopping, and it was...
