I have a 2018 Expedition Platinum, and I absolutely love it. I had a 2016 Explorer Sport that I really liked, but I was blown away by the Expedition Platinum and traded up. This truck is fast, powerful, beautiful, capable, and comfortable. No downsides, unless you count the price tag. [emoji6]- Scott_Gaines

It happens with about half the pumps I've used. I insert the pump, and it normally would stay in until you apply a little upward pressure on it to remove the pump. Well on mine, it tends to eject itself easier that it normally should. The pump seems to sense the lack of stability and shuts off...- Scott_Gaines

Is anybody else having a harder time getting the gas pumps to stay on during refueling? I have to put downward force on the pump, once inserted, to keep the gas flowing. I didn't have to do this on my '16 Explorer Sport. But my 18 Expedition doesn't seem to like gas pumps. It doesn't happen on...- Scott_Gaines

Honestly I don't know. But I just ordered vanity plates for it, so I'm excited about it. I'm the lead singer for a yacht rock band (Steely Dan, Toto, Christopher Cross, Michael McDonald, etc...), and the new plate is in retro black with yellow print... YACHTY1- Scott_Gaines
