AC Bypass pulley for 2011 Expedition?
If you just disconnect the electrical connector at the clutch it should let the pulley spin free...- Shovelhead Pete

Downshifting problem
Yes I understand about un burnt fuel clogging up a cat but the misfire/hunt issue only happened once about a year ago same time I felt that almost un noticeable misfire at idle... No issues for over a year... so I'm guessing whatever fouled the plug burned off the electrode... Late spring I will...- Shovelhead Pete

Downshifting problem
I would consider checking or changing or swapping your coil packs... I had a very similar problem with my 2014... It only happened twice... On acceleration at highway speed it would hunt for either 3rd or OD and shuddered in between as it couldn't decide based on load because of a failed...- Shovelhead Pete

2004 shakes violently when braking
Getting those Hub Bearings out is NOT something you want to tackle without a lift & torches !!! I bought the Hub on Amazon and let a shop I know get it out... I've known the manager forever so he let me do it that way to save a few bucks... It took them over 2 hours of heating and banging and...- Shovelhead Pete

2004 shakes violently when braking
Any Fuses on that '04 are on the PASSENGER SIDE... You have to pull away the hard plastic "Kick Wall" just in front of the front passenger door... I posted about the rear shake and abs problem for you back in December... I had an '04 new till 240k can tell you a lot... Some of the scanners don't...- Shovelhead Pete

2004 shakes violently when braking
Had the BAD shake on my 04... Could have sworn it was the front rotors... IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE REARS ! No shake in the steering but the vehicle shake was SEVERE !!! Been fixing my own stuff for DECADES ! This one shocked the S out of me !!! On another note... Check all your Brake lines ...- Shovelhead Pete
