Multiple cylinder misfire!!!!
I have a 98, though older I was able to change #4 with wabbly extensions and removing the fuel rail for #8. Hope this helps- soda

nobody knows the trouble I've....
Had the same problem with reverse after tranny swap. Forgot to plug in speedometer sensor.- soda

4.6 misfire help!!
Had the same problem on 1998 F-150, it had sucked a valve on #4. Might do a compression check. I hope thats not your case.- soda
