i have not tried to diagnose anything yet. It was working about 3 months ago when i bought the truck. I am guess there is likely a leak in the system but not sure.

I have a 2003 Expedition - Eddie Bauer 5.4L with a bad heater core. I am down to the heater core box and it appears that the top of the box separates from the bottom. I have removed all 8mm screws/bolts I can find. There seems to be 3 sections to the top of the box, the left and right sections overlap the middle (where I need to get to). Does you have any suggestions on how to get this box open?
