    you can fit 35's with a torsion key lift and shocks. easier than a body lift. I am running 37"s with a little trimming.

    Yep, I cut out the grill dividers where I needed to, Check out my profile page, I think there are a few better pics, I also got the front lights and cut them into the bumper and wired them to the bar. A curved one would be bad ass but mine was a gift

    2000 Expedition transmission overheat

    I've had trouble with overheating my transmission when I'm trail riding, usually long uphills will get it hot enough to start leaking in the front. My mechanic installed a Derale cooler with a built in fan, my heater core is currently ******* me off so I can't really say if it fixed the issue...

    Hey Beaver, Welcome to come to the forum. I'm doing the same type of build as your starting. You can get 35" tires with just torsion keys and spacers. I stuffed 37's with a little trimming. Good luck with your build, I'm just down in Portland if you ever want to go wheeling.
