I cheated on the build and got a welded hoop and mounting kit from XO fan in Enumclaw Wa.
I think it's for the Tacoma, I had to shorten it a little bit when I went to 37s..

Yep, I cut out the grill dividers where I needed to,

I've had trouble with overheating my transmission when I'm trail riding, usually long uphills will get it hot enough to start leaking in the front.
My mechanic installed a Derale cooler with a built in fan, my heater core is currently ******* me off so I can't really say if it fixed the issue...

Welcome to come to the forum.
I'm doing the same type of build as your starting.
You can get 35" tires with just torsion keys and spacers. I stuffed 37's with a little trimming.
