    That is still a problem past 99, it was fixed with the 3 valve in 03. My 02 had blown 2 plugs before I came across ford tech makuloco. No problems since.

    The MSD coils are cheaper than OEM.

    I've had no problems with MSD coils for my 02, just keep with OEM plugs.

    Well ok my expy is no longer my daily driver, it is now my toy. So I have the time to have it off the road. However I still anticipate on needing parts, if I have a nasty pull... I know about what to look for.

    Only if the bore is jacked, the pistons are still cheap 20 bucks if I remember correctly.

    I got everything needed for my rebuild at carid for a decent price, they even had the pistons (which was my problem).

    If it were me I would just rebuild the calipers. I had a bad pull, so when I changed pads I rebuilt all four calipers, was plenty easy enough.

    Pretty much I know its leaking but no puddle, its a head scratcher. Lol

    I had some what similar of a problem, I had a puddle under my truck one day. Could not find a leak. Since then I would smell coolant but not see any. Turns out my intake cracked and all my coolant was sitting in the valley of the engine.

    I had the same issue with the coolant, was quoted $800 to change the gasket ,plugs and coils. I did it myself for $400 replacing gaskets, plugs, boots, coils (MSD), and the intake manifold ( which was the problem ). It only took me a week to gather the parts and a weekend to tear down and...

    I just bought a 02 exp a few months back. When I went to use the a/c it worked in the back, but it wouldn't always work up front. Now that it got cold out I tried the heater and once again it works in the back but not at all up front. I am at a loss here, I haven't a clue what the problem could...

    I had a nice 87 I6 bronco, but the engine finally gave out. It had close to 300k miles on her.:bawl: So I went shopping for another truck ( always a ford ), and I came across this 2002 5.4 4x4 expedition. I like it, but still miss my bronco.
