    My 2014 Navigator developed a pulsating pedal at about 45,000 miles, so I replaced the front rotors & pads. Been fine ever since. Good rotors are cheap at Rock Auto and it’s a simple DYI job.

    If I don’t keep them on a tender, my Mustangs will drain their battery in about 2-3 weeks. All the symptoms noted by the OP are exactly how the car is telling you the battery is weak and needs to be charged or replaced before it leaves you stranded.

    I had a similar issue on a different Ford engine. Turned out to be just a bad sensor.

    My service guy says that most 3rd party plans are OK. But they generally have an hourly rate cap. And you get to pay the difference. For a big job, that can be expensive. I just stick with Ford’s ESP.

    There are a few idler pulleys and the bearings eventually wear out. Then they chirp as they wobble and contact something. Recommend you buy a replacement set and a new belt.     One of the quirks of the tracking system is that the VIN has to be tied to a “Special Order.” If it’s a “stock”order, it tends not to show up. I had this issue and when the dealer changed it to a “Special Order”, it showed up in the tracker right away.

    Turn your headlights off and see if they are brighter. If so, something on your dash is blocking the sun sensor and the vehicle thinks it’s dark outside and activated the headlights.
