2000 4.6 rough idle when cold but ok when warm
Rough idles at start up can mean that you need ro change oxygen sensors. But you would typically get a code for that.- TonioBicicleta

Engine miss fire issue 2000 4.6
Sometimes water gets into the wells of the spark plugs closest to the firewall. But that would persist even if you restarted the vehicle. It's worth checking though.- TonioBicicleta
