ROTOR IS HOT
Our expedition brake line clamps that prevent the line from bouncing around erode and pinch the line. New brake lines come with the new clamp. I found this out the hard way...replaced pads and rotors, then I replaced the calipers, everything was still sticking and then came across a post...- Ty Markle

Sounds like what I went through. I replaced the throttle body sensor and boom all good. Mine has gone out twice....when on the highway it always starts out feeling like the transmission just slips...nope throttle body sensor. Easy diy cheap fix. Hope this helps- Ty Markle

How many miles on your 2nd Gen Ford Expedition?
New member first post... 03 5.4 4x4 217k Fuel pump (tank drop, ouch). I've blown 7 spark plugs (smh, I blame the guy that changed them). Driver's side hub needs some love. Mother board (that's when I learned my 03 is a early 03 and my mother board was incorrect so my check charging system light...- Ty Markle
