1998 5.4 engine problem — STUMPED
May I suggest a compression test or cylinder leak down test. Mine developed a miss before it ate a valve due to a broken valve spring. I thought I was hunting for an electrical issue causing the miss if only I did a compression test I might have saved my motor.- UKDeano

Gen 1 Fuel rail differences 5.4
I’m sure the lightning folks use the 5.4 97/98 rails due to the bolt in regulator over the clip type. so I’d take an educated guess that it would fit so long as it’s from the same displacement motor and has the same feed/return and fittings.
