Clicking in Dash
Doors typically fail to fully open or close. Yours isn't fully opening (hot) it stops when you back off on full hot because it can obtain that position (the actuator gives feedback based on shaft rotation, the door isn't allowing the shaft to fully rotate so it keeps trying) I would leave it...- vicbulge

Heater Blender Door???
Blend door What is happening is the blend door itself is getting stuck when trying to fully close (believe full close is coldest/full open is warmest) The clicking is the actuator that drives the door. You're asking it to close fully, but the shaft only goes say 95%, so it is constantly...- vicbulge
