I just installed the JLT kit on my 'new' 50k mile '17 EB; hope it's not too late. With the gen1 - 3.5EB, there is no Ford approved method to clean intake valves. I would say both but 'off road' is a relative term. My off road consists of gravel and muddy ruts with an occasional hunting trip to the hills of GA where 4WD is required. Floppy Hood when driving
My '15 Mustang hood used to move a lot until I adjusted the 2 rubber standoffs at the front corners. They keep the hood pressed tightly against the latch. Where do I find a NEW fuel tank?!
Went thru this a while back, what a pain in the ars. There were no new tanks to be found anywhere. Thinking if I got one from a yard, how much longer til those tank fittings crack, also my tank is in good shape, other than the one fitting, why waste that. 175k miles and becoming the Daily Driver - things to consider?
Agree with all the above, I'm at 195k on an 03, 5.4L daily driver. I have not replaced all ignition coils but I have replaced a few coils more than once. Usually use OE coils and I'm convinced certain cylinder positions see more heat in the engine compartment and don't last as long...- WakeZone

Popping Noise From Rear A/C Blower '03 Expo
After changing both actuators once, my temp actuator started popping again. I said screw this, reached down through the tray access and unplugged it. It stays on cold unless I plan to go up north in the winter, no more popping, everyone happy.- WakeZone
