2017 Expedition Platinum
The area by the back side windows (i.e. the windows that open out about an inch or two) is wasted space to me since nobody ever sits in the back/last row. Is there any commercially available or DIY bags/storage that can utilize that area with the last row seats folded down ? Thanks in advance !- westinman

Just upgraded from 1999 XLT to 2017 Platinum....questions
Just to be clear, they claim to have replaced the "driver's side" coil so there might be also a passenger side one. They used an IDS (no idea what this is) to determine that #5 cylinder was misfiring.- westinman

It's been a while but the dealer finally figured out what was causing the check engine light to come on under acceleration. After about 3 visits to the dealer and them contacting "tech line" it was discovered after they took a test drive with an IDS (?) hooked up, they found that cylinder #5...- westinman

Just upgraded from 1999 XLT to 2017 Platinum....questions
Thanks everyone for your feedback. Yes, I bought this new and today it's only got a little over 1000 miles. I believe it's 91 octane (Costco) fuel. But I'll try to get 93 and see what happens when I floor it. I've been trying to slightly wind up the turbo at red lights so I can "launch"...- westinman

Hi ! Got a 1999 Expediton XLT 4.6L with 90+K miles on it and runs great ! Wish it had better mileage but can't expect too much from a SUV of this size. Going to post a headlight question on the "aftermarket" subject. Thanks in advance for any advice. Westinman- westinman
