Ok so now that's it's summer and I've had some time to look at things I have a question. Which fuses/relays do I need to check? I did find that the wiring has been pretty destroyed so I'm probably gonna remove them and run new wiring. Any tips on removing them? Thanks guys

Hey all I'm wondering if anybody has a wiring diagram that shows what wires go where for the plugs that go into the instrument cluster. I hope that makes sense. What I want to do is find the high beam indicator wire and use that as a "hot wire" to switch on my relay for my driving lights...
Im not exactly sure but as far as i know it shouldn't be too hard, just time consuming. Maybe somebody who has done a body lift will chime in because i know when you do that yoi have to pretty much gut the interior lol. Good luck!

Well i have both coolers, 3.73 gears, 7 pin connector, and tow hitch. I think mine came with the package... The only thing i cant find is the brake controller wiring? How far is it buried?

Okay so a thought occurred to me. Is it possible to just remove the whole center axle disconnect crap and have it operate in A4WD and 4-hi 4-low only, like on the 99+ expeditions? The small amount of gas mileage difference isn't much of a problem to me. Any ideas?
Thanks
Ok i see now. Yes that makes sense.
Funny story.. Before all this i was showing 10.2 mpg. Now ive been driving around a4wd and my mileage now shows 10.5?! That's backwards lol
I guess the only way ill ultimately get anywhere is to crawl under there and open the sucker up and see if a part...
Looks neat. You kinda have to give up the automatic part of it tho.
Anyways is there anyway to get a list of the part names that correspond to the diagram?
Thanks everyone

Hhmm ok but what would make it start working now all of a sudden? If it was vacuum related wouldnt it be an issue year round?
Is there a solenoid or something that could have been bound up?
Thanks
