Final Update - Just got my Exp to pass inspection. Replaced the fuel line system as recommended by ford, drove it for maybe 50 miles after and all the emissions readiness codes passed. In summary: Part Cost: ~$225 Labor: 3-4 hrs I was able to do this without the use of a lift. Jack the...- Ziggy

I haven't done the work yet. No one seems to actually have the part in stock. I ordered it from on ebay ford parts dealer. Prob wont have it til next week. I'll try to snap what pics I can - difficult to do under the car. No clue what caused it to go bad. The dealership said they just go...- Ziggy

Just an FYI for anyone in the future. I took my 05' to a stealership and they said the fuel take pressure sensor is shot, said almost $1000 to replace. The sensor is pictured above, it's the first one, it's inline on the hoses for the EVAP system. Ford does not view that sensor as a...- Ziggy
