Lol, look at a gm or dodge. U can see every coil and spark plug clear as day. Ford is like, hey, lets hide all the plugs 5 inches into the head and cover them in coolant lines so when they leak you get a mis fire and guess what, when coolant leaks into the spark plug area, it turns into a lake.

Well they aren't earning my repeat business at all. Toyota trucks have more american made parts in them than a ford.

I would buy another ford with out a doubt. As much as i can complain about it, my expy has never let me down. My ford all around has been a great platform so no complaints there. I just like to ***** sometimes lol.

I dont think the plug location is an issue.. its the fact that half the motor sits under the firewall that makes life difficult when changing plugs. :bawl: Changing plugs on the engine stand goes pretty damn quick.. lol.

It gets much faster with practice and finding the right combination of extentions and universal for the hard to reach ones. I can do mine in about an hour.

none of them broke .I just dont like the idea of a two piece plug. My fords have never let me down at all .It is the wisdom that I am questioning about making something knowing it will break .

I just replaces my plugs and coils a week ago, took me less then a hour, 1. remove all the coils 2.sprayed aerokroil in every port as i was removing them then 3.went back to where i started and start removing the plugs, non broke, one of them did make me hold my breath, since i had to put a bit more force into it and 4.put new plugs with anti seize....I let the engine get warm to the touch before i started working on it, as per Fords instructions.
