I had a fuel injector stuck open and had it fixed. The issue I have now although small is a rough idle. When I replaced the injector I also replaced the plug and fuel filter.I changedthe oil and filter to.I can't figure out what would be causing the rougher idle.It doesn't miss while driving it only when at a stop you can feel the shake. It has 139000 on it.

I'd do all the plugs and coils first. Then look at the other injectors. Then MAF / TB and check your vacuum lines. In that order.

You need to look at your fuel trims. A lot can be learned from there. You can install Torque app on your phone there's a graphing feature that shows both long and short term fuel trims.

You might want to replace the boot that connects to the spark plug you replaced. Sometimes pulling a old brittle one then replacing it back on the spark plug can cause a miss. Keep in mind if you change all the plugs, you probably break some removing them. You'll need to buy or borrow the tool to remove broken spark plug. Spray some penetrant into each outside of spark plug before removing. If you didn't have rough idle before fuel injector replacement, check hoses and electrical connectors first. I found using wd 40 for a test spray works best for vacuum leak checks. Carb spray is too sensitive and seems like leak is coming from everywhere. Good luck, keep us posted.
