Been a long time guys! I still have my 97 but not much longer. I picked up a 99 eddie bauer for a pretty good deal and that leads me to my question. Can you replace the keyless entry pad on the door without having to reprogram the module? I mean just the black pad with the light up numbers. I think my pad is worn out and the numbers don't all light up. I'd like to fix it so I can use the keyless entry feature.

Yes you can just replace the key pad on the door with no worries Its on a switch that sends a signal to the module
