I just purchased a 2007 Ford Expedition (Eddie Bauer Package) yesterday.
I absolutely love the truck (it is my first) and I purchased it solely for vacations and towing a larger camper.
On the way home, I noticed that the front passenger side power window will not roll down. I tried using both the drivers side and passenger side switches and neither work.
The reason I'm asking for help, is because I've never seen this issue before. When I attempt to roll the window down, it makes a clunking sound as if the motor wants to move but the window is jammed. Then if I roll it back up, it will make a clunk in the opposite direction.
Unsure what this could be, but I suspect it may be the regulator. Any ideas?
