Clicking noise coming from rear.

Ok so under acceleration I have a pretty consistent clicking noise coming from the rear sounds like drivers side. Check u joints and they are good and checked diff fluid and its clean and full. 04 EB 4x4 with 172k

A/C. It usually the blend door.

Turning off ac does NOT necesaarily stop it. Turning it on and off and trying to get fromt and rear temperatures synced up (not so easy if you have analog dials) however can.... if it does, you need to change the blend door module

Thinking it's full pump after digging a little further. Does it when in neutral also. Only when you get on the throttle. While driving there is a miss in power when it clicks.
