2017 el limited 4x4 49,400 miles.
Incredible truck, especially the power.
I drove 4 or 5 different ones before finding the one i wanted at a chevy dealer over an hour away.

tires are hancook dynapro, is this the stock brand? I thought they seemed worn with a 1/4" left. Maybe they are 50,000 mile tires?

Rear brake pads seemed fairly thin from looking at them with wheel on.

What is a good extended warranty company to use?

I bought a new 2015 Expediton Limited 4x4. The 4x4 models came with “off road” tires (Hankook brand). The 4x2 models came with all-season tires.

I replaced the original tires at 42,*** miles because they were worn out (evenly). They were rotated every 5,000 miles with the oil & filter change. I never drive off road and drive primarily rural state and county roads. I replaced them with Michelin all-season tires - very nice.

The rear brake pads wore out at about 43,*** miles. I have never towed with the vehicle or carried heavy cargo. Strictly passenger use and some light cargo. I replaced all four brake rotors and brake pads with Motorcraft OE items.

I was surprised that the rear brakes wore out so quickly - as I do not do a lot of stop-and-go driving. All four rotors were machined at the dealer while under warranty for a brake shimmmy. The shimmy returned, so I replaced everything, including the rear worn-out pads.

I bought the Ford premium care extended warranty.

I had a hankook Dana Pro Atms on a 2003 Ford F350 Powerstroke for 8 years the only reason I ended up having to change them is because they started cracking that still had tread left on them and I hauled all kinds of trailers and Cargo in that thing great tires

My 2017 came with Pirelli's but it's got the 22 inch wheels. Not sure what the factory tire was on the Limited's

My 2017 came with the Hankook Dynapro AT tires. I changed the factory brakes to EBC yellow and cross drilled / slotted rotors. The truck stops so hard now that the front end dips. I am looking to get stiffer front shocks to help this.

The Michelin tires ride well, and quiet and have excellent wet weather traction.

I drive my vehicles very carefully - and the miles are mostly from rural, state route driving. The standard equipment Hankook AT tires did not have good wet weather traction (I live in the Midwest with lots of rain and snow).

Wow - 104,000 miles on an original set of brakes. I owned GM vehicles for more than 40 years and the 2015 Expedition Limited was my first Ford purchase.
