2000 EB 5.4 - Headers?

I've got a small exhaust leak, which undoubtedly, is only going to grow.

Was debating replacing the manifolds with headers.

There isn't any kind of flash that needs to be done to the ECU for such, is there?

I've read about various things that do need a re flash, but I don't think exaust is one. Be sure their 02 sensor capable, and that none of the wires are close to the headers, that could possibly burn. The computer should be able to richen up the mixture slightly, to compensate for the less back pressure that most aftermarket exaust items produce. If you want to take total advantage of the better flow, you can have a mild tune done, although their not cheap.
