Maybe this is a dumb comment, but you know you'll have to find orange #3157 bulbs/ dual filament. Or paint yours with a high heat red/orange. Otherwise besides being pulled over quicker than you can say fix it ticket! Not to mention how annoying it is to anyone behind you. It's light a mini headlight.

I’d run red LED bulbs for the brake / turn signal

"Altezza" was the term used on aftermarket clear lens lamps in that time frame, maybe search with that keyword will bring up something. To get the look you posted, back then you found a set with the "mandatory" red domes and reflectors, stuck them in the oven to loosen the seal, crack them open and remove the red bits. Then used a colored bulb.

The three humps like OEM you posted will probably prove difficult. Everything I've seen since are smooth.

Otherwise for $31 on Amazon this will get you close:
https://www.amazon.com/1997-2002-Ex...34435095&sr=8-15&keywords=Expedition++Altezza

Be aware the 97 model had a metal tab or strap behind the tail light housing. It usually has to be removed (easily) to accommodate aftermarket lights. 98-02 didn't have this tab or band for whatever reason. Removing it has no ill side effects.

Wouldn't the reflectors be a problem? I would think they would need to be red.
