Slip a pry bar through the control arm then into the spring. Pry the control arm down while you have the jack holding the lower arm up. You should also loosen the upper control arm bolts because the bushings resting place will be different amd you don't wanna kill the bushing early. Tighten them once the truck is on the groundYeah, found the problem, I needed to release the brake and vacuum lines to relieve some tension. Now I'm having hell getting the upper control arm back in...Any suggestions?
