Hello I have a 1999 Ford Expedition EB that clunks while accelerating does it in a4wd, 4hi and 4lo. Remove fuse 104 and clunking goes away so it is related to the 4x4 system. I replaced hall sensor and shift motor, all tires have even wear and purchased at the same time. I'm thinking t-case went but wanted to see what people have experienced or thought. Thanks for any help.

does yours have a vacuum actuator on the front axle?
i own the chiltons manual that says there should but there is nothing there on mine.

My 1999 4x4 has the same clunking from the front end. I can't find any videos about this issue on Youtube. Does anyone know exactly what it is and how to remedy, other than pulling a fuse?
