I've been running 35's(315/75R16) on my Ford's since 2011 with only cranking out the front torsions. Never had any issues with anything. I did notice a difference between my old F150 and my Expedition after I put new shocks on the expedition. My truck rode a bit stiffer in the front. Which could be a due to the torsion bars being different between the Expeditions and the trucks.

do not get any tuner for your expy
if you want to fiddle with something, change the throttle position sensor. replace it with a new one :)

you actually need to do this anyway

What do you mean you have gas going into the coolant? Are you talking gasoline or exaust gasses? Exaust gas making it's way into coolant is a head gasket/ cracked head. Fuel making it's way into oil or coolant is a severe rich condition. In the old days of carburetors it could be a bad float/ needle and seat leaking after engine is shut off. These days it could be a leaky injector or 2, or a failing fuel pump regulator. Do a fuel pressure test and see what the pressure is, and is it holding?

well i changed the coolant and the degas bottle and i refilled with new coolant and when it was running you can see bubbles coming up into the degas bottle and after you drive it and you squeeze the upper radiator hose its tight due to earthier gas or gas fumes its got 143k
