I dont have access to ETIS but does the newer Expy's consider the "trailer sway control" the same as the earlier HD towing package?

My current '08 KR has the HD pkg. Looking at a 2011 online now, the vin is 1FMJU1J58BEF12941

When I go there it says it is down.

Ford took cotus down (what you used to check the order status of new vehicles on). They likely got rid of etis too, prob don’t feel like spending the money to support the sites.

The round, seven (7) pole "Bargman RV" electrical connector on the rear panel is a giveaway HD tow is on the truck. It's been just to the right of the tow bar receiver for at least 10 years. The four (4) pole "boat trailer" connector which they all have is on the left side. The Bargman is key.

Assuming the seller isn't blind he should be able to confirm/deny in 3 minutes. Snap a photo on his iPhone and email you.

2011 King Ranch had HD towing included.

Its only options include:
* 3.73 non LS on regular length only (this truck has axle code 16)
* Bucket 2nd row (this truck has)
* Air rear suspension (can't tell on this truck)
* 4WD (this truck has)
* Rubber mats (not shown on this truck)
* DVD head rests (not on this truck)
* Power Moonroof (this truck has)
* Power running boards (this truck has)
* Navigation (this truck has)
* Option group 401A included most, but not all, of the above.

2011 Limited also included HD tow.
Only available as an option on 2011 XL, 2011 XLT, and what they called 2011 XLT Premium.

For what its worth, trailer sway was standard on every 2011, with or without HD tow.

ETIS was 100% complete garbage anyway.

I have yet to find a vin decoder that is as good as ETIS.

Thanks. I finally got a conformation from the dealer it has HD package. Not sure about front tow bars.

Anyway my plans to go see it yesterday was a bust cause I didn't find out about the towing till 2 o'clock.

Considering trading my '08 for their '11.
