Well I was so pumped up to get the hell out of work and get working on this I completely forgot to stop at the parts store.

Didn't accomplish a whole lot but got it stripped down and discovered I have the second valve body style so no 1st gear at any speed... :bs:

Did strip it down more, then had to go buy drill bits for the holes I get to make to modify the shift firmness.

Hopefully drilling and swapping springs tonight, then flipping her on her bottom to check the clutches.

Well got the pump bushing installed and back together. Need to go pick up a decent torque wrench though. I've left my cheapo bound up far to many times for working on something with tolerances this tight.

Ripped the Accumulator Valve body and changed 4 spring sets. It appears I am missing a spring from the kit, they are closed till Monday so I'll have to call then.

Tomorrow I'll check the other valve body as apparently one of the springs is a common break and they give you a replacement.

Then I'm pulling check balls and shit on the main body and tossing her to start pulling the internals. *Shudders*

Well finished the last of the drilling in the transmission. Parts are now set asside awaiting assembly.
Calling Transgo tomorrow to get the missing spring sourced.

This page sucked, it's a very subjective drawing. Almost like it was done freehand, made selecting the holes to drill out take a few minutes longer than it should have.

Transmission off the cart, and braced up to begin disassembly.

This is going to suck.

On the road at 2am tomorrow so early night, and we'll see how I feel tomorrow.

What year Expy you thinking of putting this in?

She's a 97, just realized I didn't really put any vehicle info thus thus far.

Got a few reverse clutches left to pull but I'm exhausted.

Gonna have to check where the shift kit gasket goes.

Well I've done jack shit, had some nice weather so I was cleaning out the garage to get the wife in there come winter, and fixing the leak in the roof. Thank God I did, it's been monsooning as of late. Added some storage to the shop and generally organizing because its felt crowded as shit. Probably finish the tear down and clutch inspection this week.
