I live in Michigan and on very cold days in the winter, there's a rattle in the headliner just behind the driver seat near the center. (I should also mention that I have a power moon roof.)

Has anyone with a moon roof had the headliner down, and if so, could you tell me what parts might be rattling together? I can push up on the headliner to silence it. I've been thinking about trying to wedge a piece of foam in there somehow in hopes of preventing the offending parts from rattling together.

I have a slight rattle beginning near the rear hatch but it's so faint I just ignore it... Maybe some grease would do the trick if you pinpoint where it's coming from? I've heard very good things about the silicone spray and will be trying it myself in a week or so

I have a 2018 with just over 1000 miles and a rattle sound just started. It sounds like it is coming from the roof area just behind the front seats. I haven't had a chance to ride in the back to try and pin point the exact location. Hopefully it is a trim piece and not the vista sun roof.

I've got the same issue in my '11 over the rear passenger door. In my case it's the headliner, so the only real fix is to remove the trim and get some adhesive in there.

"I once heard" that if you wedge a bag or baggie up there where you believe it to be and fill with the expanding foam insulation stuff, it will encase and stop the rattles w/o staining the fabric.

It made sense to me but it sure won't take more than a superfast squeeze to fill a baggie!
