I built a little jig today out of unistrut to allow easy alignment for 07-14 buckets. It can be adjusted any direction to fit the work area whether it's level or not and works pretty well. Nothing fancy but may allow me to do more retrofits in less time and guarantee the alignment is perfect.

Finally got my alignment finalized. I've been so busy I haven't had time to touch these but hoping for more update pics shortly. I'm really excited for the output on these becaise they destroy the mini h1's I have now.

Got the retro rolling again this week. Projectors are permanently mounted in the reflector and I locked them in with JB weld tonight. Hoping to have these closed up this week.

I think your alignment is off because that light line is not straight at all
Are you talking about the step? The step is normal. Each projector has it but you really only see the drivers side because the passenger side is washed out by the drivers side.

Pretty normal for the cutoff to arch toward the end and I leveled everything with a laser level so its all good. I'm also not parked in an area that's level and this spot was more used to show the width.

This does not look normal. I’ve never seen any car that has that drastic of a difference in being level. I bought SL1s for my 2016 and they look better than that??

That is the drivers side cutoff. If your 2016 doesn't have it then you may wanna take a look at the bulb seating. If you have reflector housing on the 16 the cutoff will be less pronounced anyway but still exists.

There is some glare there from no shrouds being installed yet but that will be gone once the shrouds are painted.

Heres a shot with the camera ISO turned way down so you can get a better idea of whats happening here. Every projector has this cutoff and some larger that others but the low area is to keep the light oyt of oncoming traffics eyes.

Also in that first picture above, the passanger side is slightly higher out to the right side of what you have circled. I wasn't working on vertical adjustment because that will happen once the lights are installed. Here I was checking rotation and distance apart.

Looks like it’s out of vertical alignment. Stock cars have a clear crisp distinct line tht has no driver side break. I have projectors and from factory and after I installed SL1s it has retained a crisp straight line
