2003 EB climate issues

I have a 2003 EB edition with the auto climate system. I have been having issues of low air flow on the passenger side, air will blow out of all of the vents no matter the setting, in the winter no matter what the temp setting is it will blow full heat and when the ac does work if it’s not on 60 degree setting it will blow full heat. It also will sometimes go from cold to full heat. I would appreciate any help in fixing this issue.

So you're getting air blowing out of all vents regardless of the setting (defrost, cabin), except for the passenger side? The passenger side thing is a little weird unless your vent isn't fully opened (turn silver outer ring around the vent).

Everything else is sounding like your blend door actuators. A pretty common problem. I've had to replace both my rear actuators. Once they go (gear teeth worn) the actuator can't adjust flow of air (top/bottom) and can't control heat vs AC. Usually there's a clicking sound associated with this failure.
