I'm guessing the oil company is quite happy to be the supplier of an Amazon brand. Besides, there's no chance that Amazon will censor other retailers/distributors on the site.

Whats next? Amazon toothpaste?

Isn't this how Weyland Industries got started?

Put 5w40 Rotella T6 in everything, screw motorcraft

PS some reviews say it's the same manufacturer as Wally's Supertech.... iirc, tried that and went back to Rotella for some reason, noisy maybe I forget? Use it as the throwaway oil for a synthetic double-oil-change flush when acquiring vehicles though

Warren used to supply Rural King then they went to Citgo. They just changed again and it's Midco Distributing LLC.

He's way too assumptive on too many of his statements.

He says if its SN or SN+ it the best protection and top of the line.

Best protection for what??? A 2015-2018 and best for the converters to make it to the govt required 10/100K emission warranty??

NO SN oil is best for ANY flat tappet camshaft car!!

This doesn't even get into weight selection.

Guess Amazon won't be selling the $80 Motorcraft 6 gallon full synthetic oil much longer...

Why do you say that?
Have they stopped selling other brand tablets, Roku boxes, phone chargers, batteries, surge protectors and the bazillion other products by other companies that Amazon also sells with their own name on it?

...because Amazon generally carries the cheapest stuff you can find and not must of anything else. And when they put their label on some cheap junk, they usually discourage the purchase and sale of competition.

We must be speaking of different amazons. They certainly sell a lot of cheap things but plenty of topshelf items as well.
Most Amazon branded products I own are pretty rock solid.
I have multiple Amazon FireTVs and they blow Rokus out of the water. Amazon still sells Rokus, AppleTVs, and a whole slew of other streaming devices by many brands.
Amazon HDMI cables and phone chargers are some of the best and very reasonably priced yet they still sell a ton of other companies HDMI cables and chargers.
I have an AmazonFire tablet while not as solid as an iPad it is pretty good for what it is. Amazon still sells iPads and a bazillion other branded Android tablets.
If you could direct me to one product Amazon put their name on that they do not sell a single competitiors same product I would be interested in knowing what that is.
I have yet to come across anything.

Eh I like my Roku just as much as the firestick. I like my iPad a lot better than any amazon tablet. They sell a lot of good products I like them overall and most are of good quality. Amazon isn’t a manufacturer they are a online retailer...they don’t make anything. I wouldn’t buy amazon oil, Motorcraft looks a lot better up on the shelf.
