Hello. I am sorry for my English I use an interpreter. I have Lincoln Navigator 1998. Can someone tell me is a lot of work to remove the car bodies? Is there a tutorial somewhere on the forum?

I don't have any experience removing a body from the chassis, but I can see why you would want to do it.

I removed the interior because the water was liquid by fixing the railings. Everything is wet. I want to revive him.

Water damage is terrible. I detail cars on the side. some water damage just cannot be undone.

That just looks like it needs some Extend or Ospho sprayed on then I would coat in thick paint or rubberized undercoating.

Well as to original question. To remove the body from the chassis is going to require either an automotive lift, or do like my neighbor did, and rig up pulleys and ropes. It's going to take a minimum of 3-4 people after you've removed all bolts, wires, and hoses. Water damage is a *****. Ever see online cars or motorcycles that sell normally for say $20,000, sell for $5,000 when water damaged. Water gets in everything. Be prepared for that. Engines and Transmissions have to be disassembled, electrical items can be and usually are shorted out. Anything can be Repaired, just be sure it's worth it.
