Did you try "cntrl-alt-del"? That seems to fix most stuff.

I'd try this! Disconnect the negative terminal of your battery, leave disconnected for say, a minute or so, then reconnect. I've corrected minor electrical gremlins (remote start, back hatch unresponsive and windows that didn't respond) on two different Expeditions this way. It's rare, but sometimes the electronics just need rebooting.

We bought from a large dealership 2.5 hrs away, and our local dealership at first wanted us to take it there for warranty work. Obviously that isn’t going to happen, my next step is going to be to talk to the service dept manager, followed by Ford. In the mean time I’ll try the ctrl alt del, have nothing to loose. I’ll also start video tapping the anomalies, so I they can’t use the “couldn’t duplicate” excuse.

Dealer should not care where you purchased from. They make money on service, even warrenty service.

I know no Gem Stamp, was just funning. That's a first I've heard of a dealer telling you to go back where you bought it. That's just sour grapes on their part. If they would have matched the price, or sales niceness, I'm sure you'd have bought it there.

Extremely curious to know if the battery replacement actually solves all of those issues.

If it is the battery, does that mean all of that stuff is simply related to low voltage? And, if so, why would any problems happen while the vehicle is running?
