2001 Eddie Bauer with obviously a sunroof.
First I am in AZ so not much rain, however when it rains hard I get water leaking in from sunroof on drivers side from around the pillar. sunroof is closed all the way.
Is there a drain that might be clogged.

4 drains. One at each corner that runs a rubber tube down.
The fronts should be in between door and fender and rears come down near or in center post between doors.
Check the seal and lip first.
I had an 03 Navi leaking badly and the rubber edge of the seal was rolled under. I slowly ran my finger nail edge around the 7 inches or so it was out of place and it hasn't leaked since.
Two places to look. One seal is against the painted roof where they cut the whole and the other is around the entire glass itself.

Check this first.

If good you can get bright flashlight and look in corners to see drain holes.
Small steel cable or weed eater plastic line is good to run down the holes and up from the other end of drain tubes.
Also good to blow them out but don't use too much pressure or you can blow the line off the nipple it fits onto at corner of roof tray...then you will have to remove stuff to get to it.

I open roof and blow from bottom end of tube up. Note that lots of crap will blow out.
Dirt, leaves, twigs, rock pieces, small screws....I have seen all this. No dead hookers yet though. I always find those under the bed in hotels. First thing I look for when getting to room. Dead hookers, then bedbugs.
