The driver side seat and pedals won’t move on my 2000 expy Eddie Bauer. We’ve tried just about everything. When you hit the buttons all you get is a clicking noise but no movement. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Did they both stop working at the same time? I know the pedals are known for a plastic gear breaking.

I have same SUV. Mine went out, turned out to be the large 30 amp maxi fuse. # 112 maxi fuse in the under hood box you'll want to change. Be sure the seat is free of debris on the inside. If something's jamming it, it will keep blowing that fuse. Do you have the owners book to know where #112 is?

Yes we have the owners manual. I will tell my husband about this as well. When we looked it all up I seen something about the orange and green wire being corroded and he was dreading having to mess with wiring. Hopefully this is the same fix for us. Thank you.

I have a 2000 Expedition Eddie Bauer and my drivers seat wouldn't move forward or back(just click) but would move up and down. I got a seat rail with motors in it from Pick & Pull. They charged me $22.00 now it works great the pedals worked fine.

I didn't realize adjustable pedals were an option. I've got a setup from an excursion I was going to put in an F250. Wonder how similar they are.. I can check my shop manual for troubleshooting options if you need.

Adjustable pedals have been an option since I think the first year, 1997. My 2000 has them, and their fused with the seat motors.
