Anyone ever seen these codes? All seem to be related to both upstream oxygen so I'm leaning toward a vacuum leak but really not sure at this point. I have alldata so I have a troubleshooting procedure but hoping you guys have seen them so I don't need to run through the entire pin out test.

I was mildly intimidated at first till I realized they were all o2 related. Just hoping for a "this was my problem for the same codes" before I dig in.

Check fuses for both O2 sensors first.
Ho2 circuit was open. Disconnected the o2 sensor and checked continuity of with Ho2 circuit wires. It appears both wires for the Ho2 are broken some place. Heater circuit power and ground are intact. Shiukd be fun to find and fix or pull new wire. Either way its gonna stink.

So after I did some more digging I realized the diagram I had was wrong. I noticed because the pins didn't line up with the o2. So after locating the correct diagram I confirmed the wiring was ok and it was actually just an o2 sensor issue. The heater circuit was grounded so that looks to be the reasoning for the heater fault on bank 2. Once I swapped the bank1 sensor all my troubles were gone.
