Under the dash: above the gas pedal, behind the radio..... there are 2 relays grouped together and under a plastic cover. One relay is for the turn signals (I believe on the driver side) and the other I believe is for the EATC blower.

Try putting in a new one.

There’s also a way to make the EATC go into a self diagnostic mode. I forget how. Probably won’t tell you anything if it’s a blower problem.

Also there is a resistor in the passenger footwell if it gets wet it will blow the fuse under the hood which I'm sure you checked first?

Just had the same thing on my wife's 2013. The blower resistor pulls a lot of amps. The resistor was fine but the connector was burned. I changed the connector out and all is well.

Wiggle the plug, under the right side of glove box. My fan quit working and it was this plug.

That plug is the Blower motor Resistor and all of you should remove and check. sure wiggling it sometimes gets it working but, Most of the time it ends up a big pile of melted plastic and wiring and you end up needing to replace not only the resistor but the wiring harness as well.
A lot of times you cant even take the plug off the resistor because it has already melted on the inside.

Where do you get the connector at?

Sometimes water gets in via the door wiring harness/tube and runs direcly by the relay, and ultimately fries it. Its an easy fix, the only tough part is pulling the sucker out.
