2007 Eddie bauer got a led interior swap over the weekend. Took about 20 mins to do all of them but encountered 2 issues that may be an easy fix. The lights come on when you open the door or turn on all interior lights at once, however, when you click on an individual light to turn it on it will not. It does click but doesnt activate the single light to come on.

2nd issue, the glove box light does not come on at all. Possible fuse issue?

Any suggestions?

LED’s are typically directional, as in + has to be + and so forth. Flip the bulb around in the glove box, and see if it works. No idea on the other issue.

Wiggle them around, sometimes they don’t make contact

I did do that. It may be in wrong. There is a small plastic wall that makes it hard to see.

Yup I have the same truck 07 EB.

I ended up spreading the leads on the led bulb to ensure a snug fit and no intermittent contact

I am having a tough time connecting the responses to the original statement about all the lights turning on when opening a door, but not when trying to individually turn them on.

For the folks giving guidance on fixing polarity and / or metal-to-metal contact, can y'all offer a little more insight with how that might help when the lights apparently do work as they are now? Is the socket dual polarity? Or . . .?

He had 2 problems. One was the glove box light not working at all. I addressed that.

They may be dual-polarity. I don't remember on mine, I know that the LEDs I used had four contacts on the 194 style bulbs, but the festoon bulbs didn't. I'll run out and take a look on my lunch. I know I had issues with the rear cargo light when I added the SoundOff dome lamp, I had to tie into the bulb contacts instead of the harness to get it to work like I wanted.
