Third Row Motor

Hi all, I've got a 2007 Limited and our third row won't raise up. And with no manual function to bypass it, I am in a bit of a pickle. According to a dealership, part# 6L1Z78600M47-A needs to be replaced. I can't find it for sale anywhere online, any suggestions?

Is it plugged in? Look underneath the seat there's a wiring harness going to the motor

Does it make noise or act like it wants to go up? Mine did that the other day and I found a bottle cap jammed up in the screw, worked one I was able to get that outta there.

after testing switch and power to motor

mine stops working a few minutes after rear hatch left open
