Can't give you spec off top of my head but I just use a 3.8 ratchet and tighten it good.
It is not that crucial to have a set torque or use a torque wrench on that. You are not going to hurt the bearing. As long as you don't snap the bolt off or strip the threads or leave it so loose it falls off....it will be fine.
18 ft lbs or 25 Nm ..... it's listed in the torque specs in the shop manual. If you haven't downloaded it yet, find the link listed in a previous post and download it.
